This post is sponsored. I am being supplied products from Personal Planner to review and also give away. This in no way reflects my opinion (I don’t have mine yet!). All views are mine and mine alone.
Once upon a time I was a Graphic Designer. I suppose I still am! But through my love of art and graphics and all things squee, I developed a massive love of stationary. Paper, pens and planners (Oh My!).
I may or may not have a shelf dedicated to random journals, books, pens and coloured staples.
So when Personal Planner contacted me and asked me to review their products I might have replied before the email had finished downloading in my browser. I spent the morning playing on their website and I have to say – wow. Pretty easy to use! And pretty. I always like a pretty website. It gives me warm and fuzzies.
There are a few things I get frustrated with when choosing a planner. Let me see (I am fussy!):
- It is always mid January before I realise I really need one
- It takes me AGES to find one set out the way I like
- They are usually so ugly
- They are uninspiring
- Did I mention I think they are ugly?
Well, Personal Planner seem to have really thought about me (erm…) when they came up with their products! You go in and choose a cover in any colour you want, or of your favourite photo or illustration, and customise the front page of your planner. Here you can even choose what colour elastic you want for a closure! Talk about details!
Then you get to customise the inside pages of your planner. The banners at the top of the page, how you want lines to be displayed as well as the option to add a to do list, or a preschool list (not school.. only point I did not like)… even workout plans. You can customise it all how you want. All with a click of a button!
You can even choose the colour of your ruler!
There is even a section right at the end where you can add colouring in pages! For us big kids!! How cool is that?! Personally, I might just add the blank pages because, well, I can just doodle and add notes and such. Illustration brain dumps. Very handy for me. Though you can even look at adding maps or Sudoku if that is to your fancy! (They really have thought of everything).
Finally, you can choose what you want the front page to say. “Please send me home” or “Smile! Have a great day!” work just as well.
I’m a little bit excited. For those of you who have not exploded with glee yet, you can even add extra accessories to your planner – Leather Cover for the executive, or multi coloured rulers and pens. Lots to choose from.
Prices are from $35 – $45 and there are 4 sizes to choose from – one to suit just you!
So, are you excited yet?
